Mirrored Media Wins Summit International Emerging Media Awards for AwesomenessTV

Mirrored Media is proud to announce that it has won a 2017 Summit International Emerging Media Award with AwesomenessTV for the Vidcon ball pit. This is the second year in a row that Mirrored Media has taken home an Emerging Media award.

Awesomeness Ball Pit Presented by 

This one-of-a-kind custom ball pit activation featured an 8’x10′ pit with 20,000 balls in branded colors of teal pink, and purple. It offered a unique shareable photo element in which users were captured in slow-mo video from a truss above as they free fall backwards into the pit. The branded video content can then be shared through two iPad stations instantly via all social media platforms. The pit and truss were each covered in co-branded signage from Awesomeness and
The ball pit also featured a live stream presented presented by, including a TV on site so fans in line could watch the action as they waited. Guests were also encouraged to download the app if they didn’t have it already, which gave them access to a VIP fast lane into the pit.

Live.Me Office Launch Party

In October 2017, live broadcasting platform moved to a spacious, modern new office in West Hollywood. Mirrored Media played an integral part in curating, designing, and installing many of the space’s new features.   

The new office is not just a workspace, but also a hub for creators and influencers to film and generate content. In the large front room, our team installed a large pink stage with printed SEG graphic walls, which acts as a focal point of the space and one of two major areas for content. The other is an Met Gala-inspired LED photo booth that is built seamlessly under the stairs. This mirrored reflective booth contains strips of programmable colored LED lights in a mesmerizing pattern, creating an endless light design that allows for a unique, shareable photo opp. The office also houses an arcade-style claw machine built to specifications, presenting the perfect opportunity to give away premiums and other swag in a fun way.

In the rear lounge, a floating and rotating 3D hologram sits just above the doorway. This fully-programmable hologram unit can display any type of 3D design, giving an endless amount of creative possibilities for different occasions.

Once the new office was up and running, wanted to throw a party to celebrate. As it was just a few days before Halloween, they teamed up with Mirrored to host a themed costume party. The invite-only bash featured music from DJ William Lifestyle on the new stage, programmed light trees and moving heads, a custom sound system installation, and a myriad of zombies, ghouls, spiderwebs, and other spooky decor. at VidCon 2017

2017 VidCon attendees were treated to the most ambitious booth yet. Located just inside the main convention hall doors, the booth was an immediate attention-grabber to fans and talent alike.

The build featured a convertible stage with small ramps, giving fans the perfect vantage point during programming blocks while also providing them with a chance to enjoy the space and broadcast during breaks.

The stage, which was highlighted with branded colors and signage, also featured a special fan broadcast experience. On one side of the stage, fans waited in line for a chance to step into the spotlight and showcase their talent to tens of thousands of people watching from all over the world.  After 90 seconds, the viewers voted who had the most talent by giving in-app gifts. Those participants were then rewarded with a variety of premiums such as sunglasses, tripods, water bottles, and phone chargers.

Official programming included panels, concerts, and creator appearances. Fans were especially excited about the influencer meet-and-greets, giving users from all over the world a chance to interact with their favorite talent in front of the large online audience. Other programming consisted of dance parties, open mic performances, and DJs.

In true fashion, the booth featured four vertically-oriented TVs displaying live broadcasts from all over the world, the broadcast stage experience, and the official channel which showed events throughout VidCon.

The large back wall of the booth featured a truly unique social sharing opportunity. The wall featured a set of multicolored angel wings along with motivational phrases that encouraged fans to take a memorable photo. Birthday

To celebrate a resoundingly successful first year, live broadcasting app held an anniversary party in Bel Air, California on April 29th, 2017. Mirrored Media partnered with the brand to take over a beautiful mansion in the secluded, exclusive Los Angeles enclave of Bel Air.

The large house was tucked away high above the city, and featured surrounding property with so much to offer guests. It boasted a gorgeous pool, a large multi-level yard full of activations, a pool house, stunningly manicured grounds.

The guest list consisted of staff, creators, influencers, and select VIP guests. The backyard was the focal point of the party, which ran from 1pm-8pm, Highlights included:

Towards the end of the night, presented its top broadcasters with awards. The winners were even able to have their trophies custom-engraved on site. Each guest was given a gift bag on their way out, which included a backpack full of sunglasses, water bottles, t-shirts, and phone chargers.

Mirrored Media and couldn’t ask for a better response from the over 350 guests in attendance. People swam, sang, and danced well into the night, with many of them broadcasting their experience on the app. With over 25 million downloads so far, continues to bolster its reputation as one of the leaders in the live broadcasting space. at Playlist Live DC

Mirrored Media joined forces with, the fastest growing app for broadcasting and watching live streaming videos, for Playlist Live’s annual annual 3 day conference, which took place in Washington DC this year.  The event brought together online creators and their biggest supporters for a weekend of meet ups, performances, discussions, interactive games, live Q&As, intimate panels, and performances by some of today’s most popular influencers.

On Saturday and Sunday, hosted a recharge lounge where attendees were able to kickback, charge their devices, and even do a live broadcast.  There were also special giveaways designed specifically for the Playlist Live DC crowd with special premiums awarded to those who used the hashtag.



Girls Night In with Live.Me & JCPenney | 2016 Tour

Mirrored Media has partnered with Fullscreen, Live.Me, and JCPenney on the 2016 Girls Night In Tour. Niki & Gabi, Alisha Marie, Jessie Paege and Alyson Stoner are leading the GNI charge this year with a national tour. The sponsors for Girls Night In include retailer JCPenney and live streaming app JCPenney will be featured in the show itself, where lucky audience members will receive styling sessions. In addition, select JCPenney stores will host Q&A events with cast members produced by Mirrored Media. The app will feature behind-the-scenes live content from the cast at each event and throughout the tour. Lucky fans in select markets will also have the opportunity to join a influencer meet up produced by Mirrored Media.
